Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per extant rules and directives issued by the Railway Board from time to time. No hostel accommodation will be provided, and candidates must make their own arrangements during the training period.

Selection Process

Selection for RCF Kapurthala Apprentice posts will be made through a merit list prepared using the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (minimum 50%) and the ITI marks in the relevant trade, calculated as a simple average of the two. In case of equal marks, older candidates will be given preference; if the date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier will be considered first.
